Building tech for public good

I'm a Software Engineer at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) of the Philippines, where I develop government web applications and digital transformation solutions that serve millions of Filipinos.

From national event registration platforms and licensing portals to transparency websites, I'm passionate about leveraging modern technology to make public services faster, more accessible, and more trustworthy.

Outside of work, I build personal projects exploring AI, productivity tools, and polished user experiences.
